Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on any plan, pre-loaded with a personal training setup so you can see real sessions, packages and payments straight away. No card required.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. RECAVO doesn't charge a transaction fee or commission on your bookings. Your payment processor (Stripe) applies their standard fees, and you keep the rest.
Can I change plan later?
Any time. Add trainers or locations as you grow and the plan adjusts from the next billing period.
What about payment processing fees?
Card processing is charged by Stripe at their standard rate. RECAVO doesn't add a percentage on top of your takings.
What does 'negotiated payment pricing' mean on Growth?
High-volume Growth customers can discuss custom rates directly with us. There is no standard RECAVO transaction fee on any plan.
Do you support packages and memberships?
Yes on Business and Growth. Sell blocks of sessions or recurring monthly plans and credits deduct automatically as clients check in.
